2000 West Loop South

Class A 22-story, multi-tenant office tower located in the Galleria/ Uptown/ West Loop district. 

CRX applied GE SilShield Silicone Coating to the entire building exterior, wet glazed all windows, and removed and replaced all the window perimeter sealant joints.

5151 San Felipe

Class A 25 Story Office tower in the Galleria Area

CRX performed a multi-year restoration to the parking garage in conjunction with a structural engineer of record. Work included structural concrete repairs, exposed top deck traffic bearing membrane installation and application of clear penetrating sealer/water repellent to each of the six floors below.

City North 5/6 Parking Garage

City North is a six distinct building campus within 36 acres located at major intersection in North Houston. 

CRX performed structural repairs including Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer applications, exterior silicone coating installation, and complete replacement of a cast in place double-tee beam with a structural engineer of record.

The Line Hotel

An adaptive reuse project in Downtown Austin

CRX recoated the entire exterior of the Line Hotel.

Westport Business Park

An industrial property located near I-10 & West Loop North Freeway. 

CRX removed and cast in place 21 new vertical tilt wall panels in occupied tenant spaces in conjunction with a structural engineer of record.

Class A 9 Story Office Tower located in the City Centre Area

CRX performed structural steel column repairs in the parking garage with a structural engineer of record.

Rice University

The university is situated on a 300-acre campus near the Houston Museum District and is adjacent to the Texas Medical Center founded in 1912.

CRX performed Historical Window restoration at Maxfield Hall (formerly Mechanical laboratory) as part of a larger restoration project on campus with a general contractor and historical architect.

University of houston - downtown

A public research university in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1927, UH is the third-largest university in Texas.

CRX installed 28 flood control devices at the Facilities and Maintenance building in conjunction with Orange Flood Control.

Memorial hermann health system

The largest not-for-profit health system in southeast Texas.

CRX recently removed and replaced the winged expansion joints at the Great Heights 2 Parking garage working off a structural engineer’s assessment.

Parc IV & V Condominiums

Twin 12 story condominium towers located in the Montrose Area built between 1964-66

CRX worked with a structural engineer and historical architect to complete a complete facade restoration on both towers including masonry repairs and architectural coating application. CRX also performed structural concrete repairs inside the garage including exposed top deck traffic bearing membrane installation, installing new vehicular traffic barriers, and installing a new cast in place barrier wall.
